A high percentage of participation and feed-back must be obtained so that the surveys´ results are reliable.

These surveys must be carried out by specially qualified staff, completely impartial and without any relation whatsoever nor interest in this respect.

The answers are processed together with valid reference data of the market in order to be able to make comparisons, define goals and by means of the obtained answers, if need be, react accordingly, for example, to turn an unsatisfied client into a gracious customer whose critics and suggestions had been taken into account before his stay is over.

These guidelines are the basis and indispensable to obtain the necessary correctness and efficiency.

 as a pioneer company of external surveys, disposes of the most appropriate manpower and technical equipment to obtain Customer Satisfaction Rates, guaranteed by millions of questionnaires since 1995 in hotels in Spain and abroad.

Our hostesses with their correct uniforms are able to motivate our target group to fill in the questionnaires.

They are equipped with all necessary material (boxes, ball pens, questionnaires, ..., etc.) and take care of handing out, advising and finally compiling the filled-in questionnaires. The questionnaires´ layout, designed according to a detailed study, includes all different departments of the hotel. More than 85 % of the questionnaires handed out are being filled in, that means by three surveys per month we are able to compile the opinion of a considerable number of hotel clients which enables us to obtain more accurate and reliable accumulated rates.

We apply very strict guidelines regarding the behaviour of our staff with regard to the hotel´s employees, our goal is to avoid situations of connivance which might alternate the objective and impartial character of the survey-audit.
